We currently have five locations throughout WNY, with office located in: Williamsville, Kenmore, Lancaster, Amherst, and Wheatfield.
As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a qualified, full time Front Office Manager to our team. This position will oversee our Patient Representatives throughout all our locations.
Coach and develop Patient Service Representative (PSR) teams at each office to ensure the highest levels of patient satisfaction
Proactively recruit for available positions, including attending job fairs, networking with local colleges and universities to maintain optimal staffing levels
Direct and monitor Lead PSR’s to assist in staff training and/or delegation of tasks
Establish Patient Service Representative schedules and allocation of staff
Foster an organization wide culture of continuous improvement

Three to five years’ experience working in a medical office required
One to two years’ experience in leadership
Bachelors (preferred) or Associates Degree
Medent experience a plus
Strong interpersonal skills
Must have the ability to adapt to change and facilitate change through leadership and by example
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Must have a high energy level, be self-motivated
Highly organized with very effective time management skills
Ability to multi-task, respond to rapid change; organize, prioritize, hold other accountable and perform work with minimal supervisi
This position is primarily day shifts, Monday-Friday.
