As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a qualified, full time Clinical Supervisor to our team. As our Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in our success of providing an exceptional patient experience.
Job Summary:
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for creating an environment of patient-centered care, ensuring standards for quality patient care are met, including managing and developing medical assistant and nursing support within the health care team. The supervisor is responsible for day-to-day coordination of rooming patients, accurate documentation of patient vital signs and intake information, in office point of care testing, population health management outreach and support, obtaining test results and records from the community providers. The Clinical Supervisor manages staff recruitment, onboarding, performance feedback, staffing schedules/assignments, time and attendance. He/she provides ongoing mentoring and developing of medical assistant staff, in close collaboration with the management team, and the physician partners. The Clinical Supervisor assists the Director of Clinical Services with ongoing education across clinical teams.
Position Qualifications:
- EDUCATION: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN), BSN preferred – current NYS license
- EXPERIENCE (Years): Minimum of one year of hospital-based nursing experience preferred.
Minimum one year office-based nursing experience required. Minimum one year of staff supervision experience required.
- CERTIFICATION, PROFESSIONAL LICENSE, DRIVERS LICENSE: NYS Registered Nursing License

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $79,500.00 – $82,000.00 per year
