PCWNY is proud of the work we do to train the next generation of clinicians. At any given time, patients may interact with individuals that are working toward completing their education in various professions – including Nursing, Medical Assistant and Physician Assistant. Medical students and Residents from several medical schools spend time at PCWNY as they develop to become Doctors.
These professionals are embedded in our practice and learn and work under the direct supervision of PCWNY staff. In fact, many of our current employees and physicians trained with at PCWNY at some point.
We currently have cooperative agreements in place with many programs:
